I recently returned for my second stay at The Silveri and once again had a very comfortable experience. My first visit 14 months ago was especially memorable because they were the only hotel willing to understand and accommodate my rather specific request regarding the bedhead direction. I really appreciated how carefully they listened and how seriously they took it.
On my second stay, I still needed to make the same request, but the staff handled it with the same level of care and attention as before. What made the return even nicer was recognizing the same team members at check‑in and around the hotel from my first visit. Seeing familiar faces after more than a year added an unexpected sense of comfort and made the stay feel even more welcoming.

Rooms: We stayed at the cheapest room possible (the urban oasis room), yet it comes at a size of 26-27 m^2, which is extremely impressive for HK! If you are willing to pay more, I'm sure the size of the room would not disappoint. It has all the basic amenities (USB plugs, HK-style plugs), a coffee machine, and 3 free coffee capsules daily, a small fridge stocked with snacks and drinks (although they are not free). The curtains close at the push of a button as well (something that is rare in HK, but to be honest, extremely common in even 3-star hotels in Mainland China). From my room I could also see the airport and planes landing/taking off, which is a huge plus for an avgeek.
Service: The concierge team is extremely attentive, and the shuttle bus to/from the airport is very convenient. The front desk checked us in at 12 PM (earlier than the standard check-in time), which is fantastic.
Location: The hotel is just IN Citygate Outlets, which has a lot of shops and restaurants (with crazy discounts). It does open up to attractions in Lantau Island, including Disneyland, NP 360 Cable Car, Tian Tan Buddha, and Po Lin Monastery. Visiting Tai O from here is also convenient. However, if you plan to visit central HK, like Causeway Bay, YMT area, Central/Admiralty, or even further out like Sha Tin, I don't recommend staying here simply because the commute takes around 1 hour or even more.

Located above Tung Chung's Citygate Outlets, Silveri is only 10 minutes away from the airport by the complementary shutter bus. This makes it a great option when doing short layovers in Hong Kong.

Sunday 24th November - From the minute we arrived we were welcomed with big genuine smiles. Rio couldnt be any more helpful, such a warm and inviting first impression (something we hadn't received thus far in HK). What a legend!
The room was spacious, clean, nice big shower and extra pillows without having to ask. Also was ecstatic my fave brand Malin & Goetz was provided as their body wash and skin care, incredible.
I had no idea there was a pool, which was also a fab surprise. And loved getting coffees from the super friendly barristas in reception. The only complaint is that we only stayed one night, I had no idea it was connected to Citygate Outlets and how big that centre is
What a little gem of a find, def worth it if you want to do some outlet shopping and if your planning to take the cable cars to see the buddha

We stayed here as a family of 3, including one 1-year old baby for a total of 10 days in June 2025. Our flight arrived before the check-in time, and the friendly and helpful front desk lady called Ada was super understanding and checked for an available room for possible early check-in. We were super grateful after a tiring 26 hr flight. The room was clean and equipped with the crib we asked for. Room is not huge but understandable for HK standard. Room service lady cleaned our room daily with care. Breakfast is fresh and many choices available. One feedback is that please rotate breakfast food options as we had the same kind of food for 10 days and it got a bit repetitive. The shuttle to and from the hotel was like a 10 mins ride with a courteous driver, who was punctual. Location is perfect as it is linked to the 3 shopping mall sso we can just go downstairs and eat at different restaurants and go shopping. Can't get more convenient than that! MTR station is a stone throw away! We will be back next year, highly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights and everything about this hotel is top notch. From a smooth check in to a room that feels like home. We stayed at the private jacuzzi room and loved every part of it. Love the breakfast choices too!! Definitely recommend and will surely go back for more staycations!

A relaxing getaway above the chaos of Citygate. The rooms are comfortable with that japanese toilet experience. Check in is on the 9th floor. There is a good airport shuttle which makes life easier. Otherwise it can be a challenge if you have to com through the Mall.
The pool is seasonal which is a shame, but the roof garden is nice and relaxing. We loved the relaxing breakfast and helpful staff. It is more relaxing than its sister Novotel at the other end of Citygate. Certainly would stay again

Nice hotel.
Modern and clean, also very family friendly,
Location is perfect for cable car and Disneyland, city center is quite far but you have a metro directly at hotel, nice view from the room.
Breakfast decent.
Sink seperate from toilet and shower was something I‘ve never seen before but can live with it.

John at front desk started off our stay at this hotel with a pleasant positive note as he was helpful, friendly & efficient.
Location of hotel was great, close to Lantau island and Ngoh Ping & Tai O. Also a short shuttle ride to the airport. The citygate outlets mall just downstairs made it really convenient for food and shopping. The Tung Chung MTR is also linked to the mall.
The room while tastefully renovated was quite stuffy so you need the air-conditioning on all the time. All the amenities are provided.

I stayed at from November 6th to 8th, and it was truly a wonderful experience! The welcome was impeccable, and the staff were attentive and professional.
The room was spacious, well-designed, and modern, with tasteful furniture and a very relaxing atmosphere. Every detail is carefully thought out to ensure guests’ comfort and well-being. Even without breakfast included, my stay was perfect thanks to the overall experience.
I loved it so much that I’m coming back from the 16th to the 18th!

Silveri is a hidden gem near the airport but right on a massive mall with name brand outlets and eateries. MTR is just a stone throw away. Opened after COVID with industrial art deco feel, the property is exquisitely well maintained. The compliment is not just the hardware but the software is impressive amongst the ACCOR brand. From concierge to reception to bar service, pool gym and especially housekeeping. They will go that extra mile without you asking. Their attention to detail is not entirely explicit but very subtle and implicit. You have to have a good sense of observation to appreciate it. The tidiness and cleanliness are immaculate by McGallery std. Miles way from Movenpick and Novotel. I have yet to try the Sofitel hospitality. The restaurant Enclave is a bit underutilized though as it is literally deserted albeit heavy promotion which is a deterrent for newbies like me.The bar tender concocted a perfect dirty martini since my last Vikings River cruise. My commendation to the hotel management for an excellent job. Make sure you patronize the pool encased in lush landscape and the technogym which is a sanctuary in its own. The terrace view is ok but spacious for private party

One of the worst experience. I stayed in Sunset suite. No laundry even though it claims it's complimentary. Whatsapp Messages ignored until I call. Water only delivered after I request multiple times. And not following "leave at the door / doorstep" instructions kept knocking my door. I had to open the door naked

The second time for me to stay here. Excellent hospitality by all the John's. John, who checked me in, and the two John's at the Bar. High-class hotel, all-round. Excellent room.
Would have given 5 stars very easily. For this time, however, there was some issue with the Accor status nights being updated and I needed to follow up by email after checking out. Thankfully, all sorted out by email by Accor and the hotel.

I have to be honest: I was not sure if the hotel would meet my expectations. I had an early flight the next day and wanted to stay close to the airport (easy 10mins via Uber). But I was very positively surprised - the team was extremely welcoming and I felt comfortable from the very first minute. The Director of Rooms, Grace, personally welcomed me and showed me two room options to ensure I had the best possible stay. And yes, it worked — I stayed in a Junior Suite with a balcony, the soundproofing was excellent, I did not hear a thing (!). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and you can take the elevator directly into the outlet mall, where there is also a supermarket and several dining options. The Club Lounge was also a great place to work/relax and Kate from the Club Lounge was super charming and caring. Thank you again for this short but wonderful stay!

Our company attends many fairs in HK and we usually stay at the Marriot in April, July and October for few nights at a time. This year we decided to stay at the Regala Hotel. What a terrible mistake. Needless to say that we decided to burn our last night at the Regala (they wouldn't give us a refund) and stay at the Silveri. What a pleasant suprise! The Assistant Manager, Ada, was amazing and certainly looked after us. She was super nice and very professional. We will definitely be making this our new go to hotel in HK. Well done!

We stayed one night in room 816 and will not be returning for the following reasons:
- leaking and dirty shower
- visible mould both inside and outside the shower (see photos) - how is this even a 5 star hotel is beyond me!
- extremely poor shower pressure
- The room had no blackout curtains, which made it difficult to sleep. We did not bother contacting reception as we checked in late at 8 p.m.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the welcoming and friendly shuttle service from HKIA to the hotel.

My husband and I had a very good experience during our stay at Silveri Hotel. The location is excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. The amenities were all modern, in great condition and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable.
